‘Finding Bo’ is a short film which sees Scottish nature photographer Karen Miller take to the mountains each winter in search of an animal she has formed a close relationship with: an elusive mountain hare called Bo.

We explore the relationship between humans and wildlife through Karen’s lens, on a journey through wild spaces and deep connections.

The film tells the story of how Karen found herself as a photographer in the Scottish Highlands, and how she fell in love with the threatened mountain hare. We see Karen take a different approach to her craft by forming profound personal relationships with the animals.
